The ACIRM IVF Refund Program (also called shared risk program by other centers) has been in existence for some time and was developed in order to offer couples a more predictable cost of treatment while minimizing financial risk to the couple by providing a refund if treatment is unsuccessful. You must deliver a baby for the process to be considered successful. In the event that a baby is not delivered, the refund allows you the financial resources for other means of starting a family.

If you qualify for the program, you may attempt up to 6 IVF cycles for a fixed fee that is refunded in the event of failure to deliver a baby. Acceptance into the program is based on criteria developed by Advanced Center for Infertility and Reproductive Medicine, RPC. Not all patients qualify for this program and cases are reviewed on an individual basis.

Female factor, male factor, donor sperm, donor egg, PGD, and gestational carrier patients are eligible to participate in the IVF Refund Program.

This program is similar to those offered by other infertility treatment centers with respect to eligibility criteria and structure of the program and has the advantage of being available locally in Harrisburg where you will receive care in a warm, friendly, personal environment. The availability of this program at ACIRM will allow you to receive the very best care, while avoiding the significant financial, time and other expenditures related to traveling to a more distant high-volume infertility treatment center that may offer such a program.
